You should fill in the Registration Form and return it to MARIN as indicated.

Registration Fee:
A reduced conference fee of  475 Euro is offered when payment is received before August 1. After that date the fee is 525 Euro.

The registration will become effective when the conference fee is received on our bankaccount:   ABN-AMRO, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, Swift code: ABNANL2A, IBAccount number: NL77 ABNA 0539 3391 56. The receipt of the fee will be confirmed by e-mail. It is also possible to pay by credit-card, please mail your type of credit-card, the number and the expiring date.

 
 
The fee for participants includes admission to all sessions, one set of symposium proceedings, lunches and refreshments during the days of the symposium, as well as admission to the reception and symposium dinner.

Please understand that all transfer charges must be borne by the participant. Registration becomes effective after receipt of payment. Please note the participant's full name in the bank transfer form and indicate that the payment is for the CAV2006 registration fee. 

Upon receipt of registration form and payment the Symposium Secretariat will send you a confirmation. Participants must ensure that payment is received before the date of the symposium or payment will be required on the day.
In situ registration requires cash payment or payment by credit card using American Express, Visa, and Master Card.  Cheques will not be accepted.
Cancellation:
In case of cancellation of your registration before August 15, 2006 all the fees will be refunded, with a cancellation charge of EURO 50,-. No refund of registration fees will be made for cancellations after this date.
